Hi! My name is Ashlie Martinez and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have called New Orleans my home for the last 12 years. I graduated with my undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work from Hardin-Simmons University and Abilene Christian University. I began my career in medical social work with two years in dialysis and seven years an organ transplant at Ochsner where I specialized in Kidney and Lung Transplant. I then decided to step into the career of mental health. In 2020, in the midst of Covid, I moved to Ochsner Psychiatry where I was able to discover a love of psychotherapy.
