She provides thoughtful, evidence-based care in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, ensuring her patients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

With a background in both behavioral health and critical care, Mary takes a whole-person approach to wellness—focusing not just on mental health, but also on emotional and physical well-being. She believes that healing starts with understanding, and she works closely with each patient to create a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University, graduating cum laude in 2015, and later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Her passion for mental health led her to obtain a Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry after several years of focused experience in the field.

She specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care, working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible support for her patients. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals feel comfortable opening up about their struggles and finding the tools they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys discovering new coffee shops, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and three beautiful kids. A proud LSU alumna, she never misses a chance to cheer on the Tigers! Her commitment to whole-person wellness extends beyond her practice, as she encourages balance and mindfulness in both her professional and personal life.

Mary is proud to serve the community and is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness. Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing your journey, she is here to help you take the next step toward a healthier life.
