As a family practitioner

I don’t know how you do your job and I appreciate what you have done for XXX. As a family practitioner, 90% of the problems I see have a large psychological component. The other day most of the people I had in the office had “hidden agendas” and didn’t mention the real reason for their visit til the last moment. I love that people share their lives and stories, but it is sometimes mentally fatiguing…so I don’t know how you do it all the time. Anyway, if you sometimes wonder (as I suppose everyone does) if what you do matters, it does and we appreciate it.
